General Good Practice

There are various issues in relation to which organisations need to improve their practice regardless of their particular area of employment or service provision.  This sub-section on general good practice looks at these cross-cutting issues to give all service providers and employers guidance on the following transgender issues:

• confidentiality;
• pronouns;
• inappropriate questions;
• equality monitoring forms.
