If you move or need to find a new GP, it can be hard to know if they will be trans inclusive, knowledgeable about GICs, or will provide bridging prescriptions, blood tests, or shared care agreements.
To help with this, we’re putting together a map of trans friendly GPs to accompany our trans GP self-advocacy guide (new tab), so if you’ve had a positive experience with a GP related to your identity or gender affirming care, we want to hear from you!
However, please note that while we will share trans people’s positive experiences with GPs, we can’t guarantee that that means you will also have the same experience with the same GP. Other trans friendly GP trackers also exist, such as My Trans GP (new tab), so you may also want to cross reference what you find here with other sources too.
Fill out our short survey (new tab), and we’ll add information about your friendly GP to our map below.
Create your own user feedback survey
Once we have enough responses, you’ll find our friendly GP map here! We’ll include a list of GPs by region, and give you what information we can about the positive experiences that other trans people had there, as well as an interactive map so you can see where they are in Scotland.
